Had a veggie omelet here the other day for 1st breakfast. I smothered my omelet with something I don't believe I had ever tasted before BB's Grill...tomato gravy. It reminded me of a rustic tomato bisque I used to make... just without the seasoning. My omelet was good, but there was a lot of green pepper inside, and some of it was too undercooked to my taste for an omelet (onion & green pepper were kinda' too fresh or crispy). My omelet also came with cheese on the inside which didn't bother me because...cheese folks! I smothered my biscuit with the tomato gravy. The biscuit was light and delicious. The hash was plain hash. It is hard for me to find diced hash in the area, and this place was no exception.
No O.J. here because the owner said he just doesn't sell enough orange juice to warrant having it on the menu. No hot tea either, so I stuck with water since I don't drink coffee. Soda/Pop & coffee is apparently all that is offered for breakfast.
The walls are decorated in past Americana style with some cool beer cap art that I almost wished was for sale. Because of anxiety & memory issues, I can't remember our server's name but he was kind (normally works evenings) & made sure we had everything we needed. IMO, he made 3 star food worth 4. Other patrons seemed to enjoy sharing stories about guns. Personally I'm more of a knife & axe gal, so I tried to tune that out & checked out the wall art.

Crap! I forgot to tell all of you about the cake bar! If we go back, Imma' tear into some of that cake (see pic)! -

Had the chicken fried steak sandwich. It was amazing. Truly good food and great service. The atmosphere is also quite entertaining.
